Our Mission

Embracing a journey of faith and fellowship

Gathering of Neighbors exists to help people discover and follow Jesus Christ through simple, relational communities rooted in neighborhoods.

We equip individuals, families, and churches to establish and lead Christ-centered “Chapters”—small, accessible communities that gather in homes, parks, restaurants, campuses, and other everyday spaces. These communities provide opportunities for people to build meaningful relationships, study and apply the teachings of Jesus, pray together, serve others, and grow as disciples.

Our programs and services include:

• Community Development: We establish and support local Chapters that create consistent opportunities for friendship, spiritual growth, prayer, and fellowship within neighborhoods and communities.
• Discipleship and Spiritual Formation: We provide simple, practical resources and training that help people grow in their relationship with Jesus and learn to live out His teachings in everyday life.
• Leadership Training and Coaching: We equip Chapter leaders and churches through training, mentoring, coaching, and ongoing support to develop healthy, multiplying communities.
• Church Equipping: We partner with churches to help them establish and strengthen simple, relational groups that extend their ministry beyond traditional church gatherings and into neighborhoods and everyday places.
• Missional Outreach: We encourage and equip participants to build relationships with people around them, serve their communities, share the message of Jesus Christ, and help others take steps toward faith and discipleship.
• Relational Support and Connection: We cultivate environments where individuals and families can find meaningful Christian community, encouragement, prayer, and opportunities to serve alongside others.

Through these programs, Gathering of Neighbors Collective seeks to make following Jesus accessible and relational by helping ordinary people live out their faith in the places where they already live, work, and connect. Our vision is to see healthy, Christ-centered communities multiplying throughout neighborhoods and cities, helping people move from connection to discipleship and from discipleship to serving others.

Connecting with Gathering of Nomads

This community focuses on bringing the Kingdom of God to life on the road, in campgrounds, and at travel destinations. Nomads engage in acts of love, service, and conversation, creating a ripple effect of spiritual transformation. From campfire gatherings to RV park Bible studies, the Gathering of Nomads works to foster environments of grace and faith, wherever they travel.

Together Gathering of Nomads and Gathering of Neighbors work hand in hand to spread the teachings of Christ and make a meaningful impact in the world, wherever we are called.

Where might God be inviting you

Whether you are sensing a personal calling, exploring how your church might partner, or considering supporting the mission financially, we would love to begin the conversation. There is no pressure and no predetermined track - just an opportunity to listen together and discern what God may be inviting you into.
